Dam Hai To Dikha is Bodylane’s workout challenge for people who want to show their effort and enjoy a little motivation along the way. Take part in the task announced for your challenge category, record your attempt and follow the rules below to be considered for a reward.
How to Participate
Record your challenge attempt in one continuous, uncut video. Post it as an Instagram Reel, tag @BODYLANE.OFFICIAL and follow the Bodylane Instagram page. Keep your Reel and account visible to Bodylane while your entry is being reviewed. The exercise target and reward for each challenge will be stated in its official announcement.
Fair Play
Your video must show your own attempt from start to finish. Edited clips, sped-up footage, someone else completing the task for you or other misleading entries will not be accepted. You do not need to be perfect—honest effort matters. No government ID is required to submit an entry, but Bodylane may ask for information needed to confirm eligibility and deliver a reward.
Rewards and Redemption
Participants who complete the announced target and meet these rules may receive the BOGO offer or discount specified for that challenge. Completing a task does not qualify you for a different reward. Each person may claim only one reward across the Dam Hai To Dikha challenge series. Rewards are redeemable only on the official Bodylane website and cannot be exchanged for cash. Eligible products, any purchase conditions and the redemption deadline must be stated in the challenge announcement or reward message before the offer is claimed. Bodylane will review qualifying entries and share redemption instructions by DM.
Age and Safety
Participants must meet Instagram’s minimum age requirements. Anyone under 18 should participate only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Choose a challenge suitable for your ability, use proper form and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Do not attempt an exercise that is unsafe for you.
Reels and Instagram
Tagging Bodylane allows us to find and review your entry; it does not guarantee that your Reel will be featured. We will ask your permission before reposting your video on Bodylane’s page. This challenge is organised by Bodylane. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from responsibility relating to this challenge to the extent permitted by applicable law.
